We are Boardbacked Envelopes Co., Ltd., focusing on manufacturing the board backed envelopes at the beginning of our setting up in 2008.

Our factory started from 2 Semi-automatic machines and 4 workers in total in a 5,000 square feet small workshop. The envelopes need to be partly hand-made at that time. The low capacity can rarely meet the needs of our customers. It took about a month to complete the producing of a full container and the lead time for new orders always had to be at least 2 months, which was too long a time to satisfy our customers. Luckily, we keep learning and improving ourselves.

After 14 years developing, now Boardbacked Envelopes Co., Ltd. has more than 50 All-automatic machines and 80 workers in 130,000 square feet factory making all kinds of envelopes and tapes.

As a leading Postal Packaging Supplies manufacturer, we have enriched our production line. Our main products include the Boardbacked envelopes, White all board mailers, Manilla book mailers, Flute board book mailers, Book wraps, Packaging tapes, Postal boxes, Poly mailers, Packing list envelopes, etc.. Today, 2 x 40 feet high container could be made and loaded every day. The capacity is no more a problem.

All of our envelopes are made of 300gsm to 600gsm paper board, which are strong, durable, and sturdy. These types of packaging envelope resists bending and keeps document inside safe.
